A stone's throw from the Italian border, the Albigna is one of my favorite places. Perhaps because it is one of the first sites in which Albert took me to climb. Kasper had done with him ... then last year I went to Mosaic .. Yesterday for the third time I crossed the border, I sold a kidney to pay for the cable car (ah ah ah .. jokes aside .. 15 € is an exaggeration!) And I came under the Spazzacaldera. This time I was with Riki (tested my climbing partner), Guido and Roky. Riky, poor thing, has a face that does not like the types of customs .. and the Swiss have done it out of the car and raided even the carrier, as well the backpacks full of strings stored in the trunk!
But let's climb. The Albigna and its bolted granite always give great satisfaction. We did
Lasciamilì (the new guide gives 6a 6a + internet, but in reality it is a simple VI, in my opinion). Riky pulled with AC, the route is divided into a succession of big to be taken in Lamoni Dulfer and some small step to balance ... And I tell you I am not a climber of excellence;)
course you need a little 'pump' in the arms and a little 'confidence in the foot .. but the line is beautiful, the climbing is fun and nailing safe (me, that is a super protects you, I integrated with a friend in a couple of points).
